Welcome to PC Choice Computers Wynnum. By purchasing from or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all transactions made in-store, online, or through authorised PC Choice representatives.
General Terms
- PC Choice is a trading name of PC Choice Computers Wynnum Pty Ltd
- All products and services are subject to availability.
- Prices, promotions, and specifications may change without notice.
- Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- PC Choice reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify quotes where necessary (e.g., pricing errors or stock shortages).
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before collection, shipment, or commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer, approved financing, and split-payment plans where available.
Split Payment Terms:
- Eligible orders may be divided into 2–4 instalments depending on purchase value.
- First instalment (deposit) must be paid before build or service begins.
- Outstanding instalments must be paid by agreed dates; non-payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation.
- Deposits are non-refundable once a build or repair process has commenced.
Quotes & Invoices
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
- Custom PC builds, upgrades, or repairs will not begin until the quote is accepted and deposit/payment received.
- PC Choice is not liable for specification errors if information was provided incorrectly by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled under Australian Consumer Law and our internal Returns & Refunds Policy.
Summary:
- No refunds/exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.
- Faulty items will be assessed and, if confirmed defective, repaired, replaced, or refunded.
- The 30-Day Fixed & Fearless Guarantee applies to repair work — if the same issue reoccurs within 30 days, we fix it again free of charge.

Warranty Coverage
Custom PCs: 3-Year Limited Warranty (Parts & Labour)
Laptops & Components: Manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years)
Diagnostics & Labour: 30-Day Fixed & Fearless Guarantee
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical, liquid, or electrical damage
- Software corruption, viruses, or data loss
- Damage from third-party repairs or user modifications
Data & Privacy
- PC Choice collects personal information solely for order processing, service fulfilment, or communication purposes.
- Customer data is never sold or shared outside necessary service providers.
- Customers must back up data before service; PC Choice is not responsible for data loss.
Repairs, Upgrades & Diagnostics
- Diagnostic and repair fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Replaced parts are covered by their respective warranty terms.
- Declined repairs may incur a diagnostic fee.
- Uncollected devices may incur storage fees and may be disposed of after 90 days.
Custom PC Builds
- All systems are built per approved specifications.
- PC Choice is not responsible for performance issues caused by third-party software or post-delivery modifications.
- Overclocking, BIOS changes, or tampering voids the warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PC Choice's liability for any claim is limited to the cost of goods or services supplied.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, downtime, or lost profits.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and written material on the PC Choice website are owned by PC Choice and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.
