PC-Choice Computers follow the ACCC governance for our Repair Policy:
Returning a faulty product:
The right to return a product:
Consumers have the right to return a product if they think there’s a problem.
The product does not have to be in its original packaging, but a business is entitled to ask consumers to provide some form of proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?
At PC-Choice, we accept the following payments:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ZIP and Afterpay.
When considering using a form of credit and or “Buy now pay later” for purchase, please take into account your ability to repay the amount spent.Â
Do you sell gift cards?
PC-Choice does offer a system where-as we can hold a payment against a system created account for a customer. Eg. “Customer 1 comes to the store and would like to put $150 on their friends account or create an account for said friend. PC-Choice will then add the $150 to said friends account so that on their net visit they will have that credit available to them to spend in store”.
